1. We will make your order of any size, but we do have a minimum of 5 lbs. of wild game per batch.
2. We will add 6 lbs. of pork for every 5 lbs. of wild game.
3. Your brats will be made with YOUR own wild game.

WILD GAME GRINDING (BURGER)
1. We will add the % of beef or pork that you want.

3. The cost for the added beef is $5.99 per pound

5. The grinding charge is $1.50 per pound
6. Your venison burger will be made with Your Wild Game!!!!
SNACK STICKS
1. Minimum order per favor is 5 lbs. of venison
2. Seven (7) flavors are available
3. 1 lb. of pork will be added to each 2 lbs. of wild game.
4. If you want only your meat being used, 16 lb. minimum of wild game per flavor.
5. Snack sticks will have up to a 30% “shrink” in the smokehouse.
JERKY
1. Minimum order is 5 lbs.

SUMMER SAUSAGE
1. Minimum order per flavor is 5 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS / PARTICULARS
1. We accept only fresh or frozen BONELESS wild game
2. Must be in clean container. NO SCENTED GARBAGE BAGS
3. We reserve the right to refuse any meat that does not smell or look fresh or was not cleaned properly
4. All brats will be wrapped in freezer paper
5. We require 25% down payment of the total order when the meat is received at Ski’s
6. Brats, jerky and burger will be made with YOUR meat
7. Snack stick and summer sausage can be made with your own meat with a minimum of 16 lbs. per flavor
8. Snack sticks and summer sausage are made in large batches and will be processed with other customer’s meats. All venison is checked for freshness and quality
